So I thought I would try out the Wordpress for iOS (iPhone and iPad). I have to say it’s pretty nice for a simple posting app. Seems to handle pretty much anything I would need to do from a mobile device – posting, photos, previews, etc. It was updated tonight for the new iPhone 4′s retina display. That doesn’t do me much good yet since I have an iPad and my new iPhone won’t be here for a week or so.

So anyway, if you need a good app for quick blog updates, this would be a pretty good choice. Even if you don’t have WordPress, as long as your CMS understands the XML-RPC protocol you should be able to use most of the features.
