Old Articles Back Online!
16:51 Thursday, August 07, 2008
News

I finally found my old articles!  Everything back to 2002 when the site started is back online.  Well, almost everything. About 9 months that are lost for good due to a hard drive crash (October 2002, May 17, 2007).  One of the advantages of this is that all the comments are preserved.  The re-posts of select articles I did back when I re-launched don’t have all the comments with them, so the discussion around different articles and their context in time was lost.

For now, they are displayed on the old site theme until I get around to building a good archive site for them.  They don’t allow commenting or anything, but some of the most interesting things about where I have been and what I have done over the past 6 years is in there.  I still have some cleanup to do and, unfortunately, its text only because pictures and such don’t save to SQL database backups.  If you are interested, the EMS category is always a good place to start, and Rig might be worth something too as far as stories go.

So, if you are looking for something to read, or what to know what my life has been like since 2002, peruse The Old Journals. If you want to comment on something, please drop me a line or open a discussion in the forum.
