Well, I have been home for a little more than a month now. I am glad to say that Iraq seems like a lifetime ago.  It feels like I have been home forever, even my wife thought it had been more than a month when I mentioned it to her. (Dunno if that’s a good thing or not..  ) Obviously, my writing has slowed way down.  Some of it is simply due to a lack of things to write about, but a lot of it is that I am still processing the past year and getting used to home life.  This kind of has my brain numb and unfocused, so I am having issues getting my thoughts down on any media.
