Sunday Brunch

IVThis is the result of 10 hours at the ER. I got a really nasty case of food poisoning from a burger at Fudrucker’s.  I was nauseous and vomiting for hours and I was so dehydrated my hips and knees were in excruciating pain.  What did I get for my trouble?  Two IV bags, some phenergan, 6 pounds lost, and this little nasty from the IV.  It took me two days to recover from the “incident” enough to get out of the house.  What a wonderful thing to happen on leave.

    That’s a terrible way to spend part of your precious two weeks of R&R. I remember when my son came in for his leave last year…it was way too short for me. Enjoy the rest of your time at home….. smile

    Holy cow! That sucks it happened during that short and precious time while you’re home. I’m glad you’re on the mend now.
